Good afternoon Emerald Heights Families,

It’s been a rainy week, but our Hawks have continued to work hard and stay focused on learning! Thank you for keeping your kids ready for the weather and for supporting them each day.

We also enjoyed a wonderful Veterans Day concert from our 4th graders this week! A huge thank you to Mrs. Colón, our talented students, and their teachers for making this event so special.

Impact Aid Reminder
We’re still missing about 50 Impact Aid forms, and we need one completed for every student. If you haven’t yet filled yours out, please take a moment to do so — it makes a big difference for our school funding. Thank you! You can find it in the Parent Portal .

Rainy Weather
The rains have officially arrived! If possible, please have your student come to school with a raincoat and rubber boots so they can stay dry during recess. Please, also label your child's clothing. If your family needs assistance with weather gear, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

PTA Update
PTA is hosting a fun, free, family event for all ages on January 15th from 6pm-7pm in the school gym. For this event we need donations of USED books in good condition for all ages from 0-adult.  There’s a box in the main hallway by the office to drop off donations.  Thank you! More information to come!
